Before You Book

Prior to the appointment, please make sure to eat, there will be eating restrictions after treatment. You will receive aftercare instructions on how to maintain your new smile.

30 minutes before your appointment, please make sure to brush your teeth.

Please be aware that teeth whitening may cause little to no sensitivity.

Please inform me of bonding or crowns and I will give further instructions.

Teeth whitening does not remove any tarter buildup, you will need to see your regular dentist for removal of any tarter.

If you have any preexisting dental issues such as sensitivity, incomplete dental work, cavities, infections, etc., please let us know during your consultations or before service is provided.

Hollywood Smiles 409 Teeth Whitening is not responsible for correcting any preexisting dental issues that you may have.

Please no extra guests during your appointment.

We accept clients from 10 years old and up. Anyone under 14 years old must have parent present on day of appointment.

If you need to reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance. If not, you have to rebook. No refunds, no exceptions.

After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee will be enforced. No exceptions.

After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

Please be mindful that there are other appointments scheduled, and if you are late, it pushes everyone else back. Please be respectful of appointment times and others.

No refunds for any services provided. If you have an issue with the work provided, please let us know before you leave, so that we can fix the issue at the time of your appointment
